Revolutionary EO Cartridge
The 17.6g EO cartridge delivers terminal sterility using 90% less EO than any other system on the market.
Unmatched compatibility
While autoclaves and other modalities are ideal for fast, high-temperature sterilization, the AN75 takes care of the rest — expanding your clinic’s capabilities.
Smart Cabinet Design
An interior ventilation port in the back of the chamber actively draws fresh air from the room throughout the entire cycle. This process ensures airflow in one direction and minimizes potential operator exposure.
Active Aeration in Same Chamber
Andersen’s purge probe continuously flushes fresh air achieving active aeration within the sterilizer, eliminating the need for item transfer and ensuring safe off-gassing until removal.
Shelf Life
The FDA has cleared AN75 sterilization loads wrapped with Sterisheet® or Tyvek® Sterilization Pouches with Chevron Seal for a shelf life of at least three months.
Efficient 12-Hour Cycle
Achieves the FDA-required 10-6 sterility assurance level for terminal sterilization of medical devices.
Easy Installation Process
Requires only a 120v or 230v outlet and a 1″ dedicated exhaust line.
Free Operator Training
It’s like having a sterilization expert on staff! Free operator training for the life of your sterilizer and free 24/7 support.

Customer Testimonials
Our experience with Andersen has been outstanding.
Why Ethylene Oxide?
There are many benefits to ethylene oxide sterilization, some of which may be crucial to your hospital or clinic, especially when reprocessing complex multi-channel endoscopes and delicate medical devices. Andersen’s FDA-cleared sterilizers offer several advantages, including low per-cycle cost, low-temperature operation and EO-Flexible Chamber Technology, which allows our systems to use a microdose of EO — just 17.6 grams per cycle. Our systems are able to achieve terminal sterilization (10-6 SAL) with 90% less EO than our competitors — this is ethylene oxide sterilization reimagined.
