Product Lifecycle Policy
The guaranteed Useful Life of an Andersen sterilization system is 10 years from the date of the original invoice.
With continued use and with annual field service maintenance, the Useful Life (10 years) of a sterilizer can transition to Mature Life (up to 15 years). Product lifecycle phases include:
Useful Life (up to 10 years)
Mature Life (10-15 years)
No Longer Serviceable (15+ years)
Andersen only supports sterilizers, including the selling of gas and accessories, purchased directly through Andersen Sterilizers, Inc., or an authorized distributor through Useful Life (up to 10 years) or Mature Life if the certified Field Service Program is purchased.
